What You’ll Do
As a Home Health RN, you’ll bring skilled, compassionate care directly to patients by:
- Performing patient assessments, admissions, and ongoing care planning
- Coordinating care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Delivering therapeutic, preventative, and rehabilitative nursing care
- Monitoring patient progress and updating plans of care
- Supporting patients and families through all stages of care
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
What You’ll Need
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (ICU, Med-Surg, or Rehab preferred)
- Home Health experience (a plus!)
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
