Schedule: Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM | Rotating On-Call

We’re looking for a driven, organized, and compassionate Service Coordinator to lead the charge in scheduling caregivers, ensuring top-quality service, and conducting in-home visits. You’ll be the go-to problem solver—juggling schedules, supporting field staff, handling client updates, and stepping in to keep care plans on track. What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6–12 months office experience; caregiving and/or scheduling background preferred
• Strong communication, multitasking, and comprehensive computer skills required
• Reliable transportation; travel ~35%
• EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) system experience a plus
