Hours: 3 days a week. Nurse needs to be in the office on Wednesdays. (About 25 hours a week - no weekends)

Service Area: Boundray, Bonner, Shoshone, Kootenai, Benewah – Counties- all of N. Idaho – with main office hub in Coeur d’Alene ID – most clients in the CDA area.

As an Addus Nurse (Registered Nurse RN), you will:

• Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes.
• Complete initial or start of care visits to establish new patients
• Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.
• Present educational in-service trainings
• Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure.
• New nurse welcome!
• Knowledge of Medicated and Home care preferred
• Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
