Capital City Hospice is growing and hiring!
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated PRN LPNs for Continuous Care. Continuous Care LPNs maximize the comfort of patients and families in accordance with the interdisciplinary plan of care.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program.
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
- Three years nursing experience.
- Community health/hospice or medical/surgical experience is preferred.
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
- Valid driver's license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements.
- Understands the hospice and the needs of the terminally ill.
